Would you like to exchange or return a product?

It's quick and easy in three steps:

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your account within five working days of receipt of the return.

Important: We can only give you a full refund if the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered to your address. Every returned product will be checked upon receipt.

Step 2: Fill out the return form

Step 3: Send back your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form.

Please make sure that the package is provided with a track & trace number.

As the sender, you are 100% responsible for the return shipment of your package.

Step 4: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within five working days.
